Many of my friends religiously read Shoalanda Speaks.  I wondered what all the interest was about.  So, I  decided to check it out for myself.  It was certainly sensational reading.  Most of the "articles" seemed more like personal rants or one-sided opinions than news.  In other words, "Shoalanda Speaks" is more than a good ole fashion gossip page, the "TMZ" of the Shoals if you will.  In a small southern town, that may be all we have.  But lets not forget that gossip can hurt the personal and professional lives of those who become the target of someone's personal vendetta.  When you read something, remember there is always another side to the story and that the truth is probably somewhere closer to the middle.    http://shoalandaspeaks.blogspot.com/
